Course Overview
This vehicle defense course is specifically designed for legally armed citizens who carry a handgun for self-defense. It goes beyond standard range training, to prepare students for the unique challenges of using a firearm in and around a vehicle, a common setting for high-stress incidents.
The core focus is adapting concealed carry methods to the confined, seated environment of a vehicle.
Prerequisites
This is an intermediate to advanced level class designed to build upon and pressure test your existing defensive shooting skills and dynamic, real-world contexts. A prior defensive pistol or equivalent course is strongly recommended.
Course Description
This intense, hands-on training course gives concealed carriers a realistic understanding of how to defend themselves and their loved ones from, in, and around a vehicle. You will challenge widely held assumptions about vehicle ballistics and learn how to use your car for effective cover, not just concealment.
